Leadership and School Improvement

When thinking of school improvement I think of the many programs being implemented. How do teachers keep up with all the info and how are staff held accountable?

My current classroom I have cards with passwords, etc. I have also created a checklist for students to complete each week to ensure they are completing the programs.  There are several technology pieces to my classroom but lack of technology can hinder this. Ideas? Thoughts?

  1. I agree it is very hard to keep up with every program and is difficult to ensure you are keeping up with everything and doing all that is required. We use the calendar on our school emails alot to set up reminders and send out to the whole grade level.

  2. Without a lot of technology, schools are at a disadvantage to begin with. The more technology that is given to students the easier it is to improve SOL scores which leads to increased graduation rates and overall improved school improvement.
